You will receive an email prior to your appointment highlighting the new guidelines in place. If you have suspected symptoms, please contact me as soon as possible prior to your appointment. We have special provisions in place for such instances. I am more than happy to move your appointment at short notice but I will request results of your test in advance of your next appointment. This is to ensure that the staff and their customers are safe at 14 Arrows.
SHOULD I EAT SOMETHING?
Please ensure you have eaten before our appointment as we do not allow food in the studio. This is also so your body is well prepared for the tattoo itself!
SHOULD I SHAVE?
If you would prefer that I didn't shave for you then you are welcome to shave the area that will be tattooed the morning of your appointment.
SHOULD I SHOWER?
Please make sure you are clean and fresh before our appointment.
CAN I APPLY NUMBING CREAMS/GELS?
I am not qualified to give advice or recommend any such products however should you wish to use these this would be at your own discretion and risk. The studio or myself will not be held accountable should this affect the tattoo during or after your appointment.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?
Due to COVID-19 we kindly request that you come to your appointment alone.
HOW DO I GET TO THE STUDIO?
Please check out the contact page. We have now moved to a new location at 69 Grosvenor Road, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 2AY.
The nearest car park is located at Royal Victoria Place. Parking on the upper levels of the car park are cheaper than the lower levels and this can be paid via the payment booths or the RINGO APP.
WHAT IF I AM LATE?
If you are caught in traffic or held up in some way please call the studio or drop me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Lack of notification or arriving very late for your appointment may lead to loss of your appointment.
