WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
Please email me on email@example.com or call the shop as soon as possible.
WILL I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?
Deposits will only be refunded in extreme circumstances. Please give me as much notice as possible and hopefully we can rebook your appointment instead.
WHY DO YOU KEEP A DEPOSIT?
I rent the chair at 14 Arrows Tattoo studio. If you do not turn up for your appointment / cancel then this covers a small percentage of the loss of earnings. Please note all deposits are non-refundable. Should the unexpected happen and you no longer can keep your appointment, then I will hold your deposit 12 months from the date it was sent so that you can book again in the future at a more suitable time.
CAN I MOVE MY APPOINTMENT?
You may move your appointment should you give me at least 72 hours notice.
HOW DO I MOVE MY APPOINTMENT DATE?
WHY DO YOU ASK FOR 72 HOURS NOTICE?
This gives me an opportunity to fill the slot.
