What if I need the cancel my appointment?
Please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org or call the studio as soon as possible.
What happens to my deposit?
Deposits will only be refunded in extreme circumstances. Please give me as much notice as possible and hopefully we can rebook your appointment instead.
If you do not turn up for your appointment/cancel then this covers a small percentage of the loss of earnings. Please note all deposits are non-refundable. Should the unexpected happen and you no longer can keep your appointment, then I will hold your deposit 12 months from the date it was sent so that you can book again in the future at a more suitable time.
Can I move my appointment?
You may move your appointment should you give me at least 72 hours notice. Please email me on email@example.com
